Krug Tours is proud to continue our exciting frequent traveler program in 2012.

Participate in five tours throughout the calendar year and be awarded a gift certificate of $10.00, which can be used anytime in the coming year. You will also receive an entry into our grand prize drawing held in December and be eligible for special promotions throughout the year. Each tour after your fifth one gets you another entry into the grand prize drawing.

If you go on a multi-day tour, each day counts as one tour. For example, the six-day Branson Christmas Tour will count as six tours. At that point you would receive a $10.00 gift certificate and have one entry into the Grand Prize drawing.

Grand Prize Drawing : We will draw two names in December after the last tour of the year. The first frequent traveler name drawn will be rewarded with a tour of their choice valued up to $100.00. The second frequent traveler name drawn will be rewarded with a tour of their choice up to $75.00. Sorry, no refunds will be given to winners choosing to go on a tour valued at less than their prize amount.

RESERVATIONS: Krug Tours welcomes telephone reservations, however, payment or deposit must be received within 10 days from the time the reservations are made to hold the reservation. To avoid losing your reservation, remember to send in your payment or deposit within this time. Once confirmation (payment) has been received, a card will be sent as a receipt and as a reminder of departure times and pickup points. We accept Mastercard, VISA and Discover.

PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS EARLY!! When making reservations for any tour, please provide us with complete names, addresses and phone numbers of those traveling in your party along with the tour name and departure date.

DEPOSITS: All one day tours must be paid in full within 10 days from the time reservations are made. On multiple day tours, a deposit of $75.00 is due within 10 days from the time reservations are made. The final payment is due 45 days prior to the departure of the tour. Please remember your reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received.

CANCELLATION & REFUND: Should it be necessary for you to cancel your reservations for a one day tour, a full refund will be made to you if you cancel 7 days prior to the scheduled tour departure. Should it be necessary for you to cancel your reservation for any multi-day tour, a full refund will be made if you cancel 21 days prior to departure. Any cancellation received less than 21 days prior to tour departure is subject to any non-recoverable (pre-paid) expenses. Please note: for ticketed events full refund will be made only if Krug Tours is able to fill the space; otherwise you will be charged for the cost of the ticket.

LUGGAGE: Each person is allowed one large suitcase which will be handled for you throughout the tour. Carry on bags are the responsibility of each person.

CLOTHING: Dress comfortably and casually. Remember comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses, rain coat or sweater.

SMOKING: Federal Law prohibits smoking on the motorcoach. Frequent stops are made to accommodate the smokers on the tour.

SEAT ROTATION: To enable everyone to enjoy the view from all areas of the motorcoach, seating will be changed once daily on all overnight tours. One day tours will have seating on a first come basis and seats will not be changed throughout the day.

MOTORCOACHES: Krug motorcoaches are modern buses with restroom, air conditioning, reclining seats, PA system, DVD player and large windows for enjoying the scenery.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Double price listed is a per person price with two people sharing a room with two double or queen beds or one king size bed. Triple price listed is a per person price with three people sharing a room with two double or queen beds. Quad price listed is a per person price with four people sharing a room with two double or queen beds. Please specify if a non-smoking room is required. Please note that this can only be requested and not guaranteed.

DEPARTURE POINTS: Due to the different directions that the tours travel, please check with our office to determine where the nearest pickup point will be. See list below for additional information on pick-up and drop-off points.
