RESERVATIONS: To reserve space on any tour, please provide us with complete names, addresses and phone numbers of those traveling in your party along with the tour name and departure date. Reservations will be confirmed when payment or deposit has been received.

DEPOSITS: On all tours priced under $100.00, the full amount is due within 10 days from the time reservations are made. After 10 days your name will be removed from the tour, there will be no exceptions. On tours priced over $100.00, a deposit of $75.00 is due within 10 days from the time reservations are made. The final payment is due 45 days prior to the departure of the tour. Please remember your reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received.

CANCELLATION & REFUND: Should it be necessary for you to cancel your reservations for a one day tour, a full refund will be made to you if you cancel 7 days prior to the scheduled tour departure. Should it be necessary for you to cancel your reservation for any multi-day tour, a full refund will be made if you cancel 21 days prior to departure. Any cancellation received less than 21 days prior to tour departure is subject to any non-recoverable (pre-paid) expenses. Please note: for ticketed events full refund will be made only if Krug Tours is able to fill the space; otherwise you will be charged for the cost of the ticket.

LUGGAGE: Each person is allowed one large suitcase which will be handled for you throughout the tour. Carry on bags are the responsibility of each person.

CLOTHING: Dress comfortably and casually. Remember comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses, rain coat or sweater.

SMOKING: For the comfort of all tour members, smoking is not permitted on the motor coach. Frequent stops are made to accommodate the smokers on the tour.

SEAT ROTATION: To enable everyone to enjoy the view from all areas of the motor coach, seating will be changed twice daily on all overnight tours. One day tours will have seating on a first come basis and seats will not be changed throughout the day.

MOTOR COACHES: Krug motor coaches are modern touring buses with restroom, air conditioning, reclining seats, PA system and large windows for enjoying the scenery.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Double price listed is a per person price with two people sharing a room with two double or queen beds or one king size bed. Triple price listed is a per person price with three people sharing a room with two double or queen beds. Quad price listed is a per person price with four people sharing a room with two double or queen beds. Please specify if a non-smoking room is required. Please note that this can only be requested and not guaranteed.

DEPARTURE POINTS: Due to the different directions that the tours travel, please check with our office to determine where the nearest pickup point will be.

Casino packages may change without notice. Our schedule may vary from month to month. Please check with our office to receive the current schedule.

Two Mondays a month we visit North Star Casino at Bowler. One Monday a month we depart at 9:00 a.m. and the other Monday we depart at 4:00 p.m. We pickup in Medford, Stetsonville, Dorchester, Abbotsford, Edgar and Wausau. You receive from $5.00 to $30.00 from the casino depending upon points earned on your player’s card from previous visits.

Every second and fourth Wednesday of the month, we visit Lake of the Torches Casino at Lac du Flambeau. Departure time is 4:00 p.m. from Medford. We pick up in Medford, Whittlesey, Prentice and Phillips. You receive $20.00 from the casino.

One Monday a month we visit Rainbow Casino at Nekoosa. Departure time is 9:00 a.m. from Medford. We pickup in Stetsonville, Dorchester and Abbotsford. You receive $10.00 from the casino. If you qualify as a senior, you can get an additional $10.00 after you earn 5 points on your player's card.
